AGREEMENT FOR LEASE
This Agreement made this day of ~ r~ vf ~ , 1972
between DANZD R. LANGFITT, TRUSTEE, of Vero Beach, Florida, hereinafter
called, Lessor, of the first part, and the SOiTPHERN BELL TELEPHONE AND
TELEGRAPH COMPANY, hereinafter called Lessee of the second part;

That it is hereby agreed as follows: =
1. The Lessor shall grant, and the Lessee shall accept, a lease ;

; Lease, i.ncluding the building to be built in accordance with william B. Beebe, `

~ Architect, plans and specifications Job Number 72-035, dated May 25, 1972 which ;

Lessor hereby covenants with Lessee to erect in Fort Pierce, Florida. The

said lease shall be for the term of ten (10) years begiru~ing on the first day
of the month follawing the month in which the building has been completed and
accepted by Lessee as being suitable for its occupancy, at a yearly rental of
EI QiTEEN THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($18,500.00) payable in equal monthly j
installments, said lease to providp for two (2) five (S) year renewals subject
to Lessee's option to be exercised yrithin sixty (60) days prior to the expiration
r of the said primary term, said renewal to be under the same terais and conditions
~ and at the same rental as provided in the primary term thereof.
~ 2. The attac'~ed form of lease and a counterpart thereof shall be
executed by the Lessor and Lessee, respectively, as soon as practicable
after possession of the premises is taken by the Lessee.
