as per plat.thereof recorded in PZat Boak 7 at page ~0 ~
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
owned by BENJAMIN W. ?gINUS, of a total value of ONE THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED and 00/100ths ($1,200.00) DOLLARS, of which there remains
unpaid ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED and 00/100ths ($1,200.00) DOLLARS
and furnished the first of same on June Z, 1972, and ~he last of
same on August 4, 1972, and that the lienor served his notice to
owner on October~, 1972, by certified mail and service by the
Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida.
