1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT C~RPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notily

noted by the undersigned lrom time io time) ihat the said premises are not in a reasonable state of
appearcmoe cmd repair consistent with the general appearance ~d state of rep~ir oi other properties
