THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED, executed this ~_day of (~L' p e 7 .
A. D., 1972, by T~MARCO CORPORATION, a corporation existinq under
the laws of the State of Delaware having an office at 600 Grant
Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, first party, to HOWARD W. DUNN,
whose postoffice address is 3501 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, ~
33450, second party:
(Wherever used herein the terms "first party" and "second
party" shall include singular and plural heirs, legal rep- -
resentatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations, wherever the context so admits
or requires . )
~ WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in consideration

said second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby remise, release and quit claim unto the said second party

COMMENCING at the intersection of the Southerly right-of- ~

line of Kirby Loop Road (35th Street) and run thence South
1° 27' East along the Westerly right-of-way line of Kirby ~
Loop Road (35th Street) a distance of 268.2 feet to a con-
i crete monument; thence South 79~ 26' West a distance of
~ 155 feet to a concrete monument; thence North 14° 43' 30"
! West a distance of 154.38 feet to a concrete monument on
~ the Southerly right-of-way line of Okeechobee Road; thence
North 51~ 06' East along the Southerly right-of-way line
of Olceechobee Road a distance of 130 feet to a point; thence
continue along the Southerly right-of-way line of Okeechobee
Road North 51° 14' East a distance of 105 feet to the point
of beginning, said tract hereby conveyed being a part of the
NW~ of the SE~ of SW~ of Section 17, Township 35 South, Range
40 East, and being the same land acquired by Tremarco Corpora-
tion by deed from Arthur O. Axelsen and wife, Betty Axelsen,
dated June 25, 1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 279,
St. Lucie County, Florida, Public Records and by Deed from
B. G. Robinson and wife, Margaret M. Robinson, dated August
2, 1957, recorded in Deed Book 230,~page 276, St. Lucie .
County, Florida, Public Records. -
LESS that portion of the herein described property conveyed
to the State of Florida for road right-of-way by Special
Warranty Deed, dated October 17, 1958, described as follows: _
