line of Okeechobee Road and the West right-of-way
line of 35th Street (formerly known as Kirby Loop Road)
and run Southerly along said West right-of=way line a
distance of 62.98 feet; thence Westerly, at right angles
to said West right-of-way line a distance of 5 feet to
the beginning of a radial retur.n concave to the South-
westerly; thence Northerly and Westerly on said
radial return having a central angle of 127~ 13' 30"
and a radius of 25 feet a distance of 55.S1 feet to the
end of said radial return; thence S 50~ 55' 41" W a distance
of 176.12 feet to a point; thence Northerly a distance
of 7.66 feet to the South riqht-of-way line of Okeechobee
Road; thence Northeasterly on said South right-of-way
line a distance of 235 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; con-
taining 0.059 of an acre, more or less.
THIS DEED is given to correct an error in direction from
"Thence South 79° 26' East" to "Thence South 79° 26' West",
in that certain Deed from Grantors herein to Grantee herein
dated July 10, 1969, recorded in O. R. Book 181, page 2335,
Public Records; St. Lucie County, Florida. -
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever of
the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the
only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second
part.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has hereunto
