THIS INDENTURE, executed the lst day of July, 1972,
between ROBERT A. FERGUSON, as Execntor_of the Estate of LIZZIE MAE
NEWMAN, deceased, party of the first part, and OREAN S. CANTRELL and t
BERNICE CANTRELL, his wife, party of the second part, whose address is
307 West 22nd Street, Huntington, West Virginia 25704,
W I T N E S S E T H:
The party of the first part, pursuant to order of the County
Judge's Court ot St. Lucie County, Florida, dated the day of
, 1972, and in consideration of the premises and the sum of

and other good and valua le consideration in hand paid, grants,
bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the

certain real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described as follows:

per plat of said subdivision recorded in
Plat Book 10, Page 72, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida,
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property. _
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second part,
and to his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND THE party of the first part does covenant to and with the
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that in all things
