of a mortgage dated Decen~ber 13, 1971, recorded December 17, 1971 in Of£icial
Records Book 198, page 725 given by INTERSTATE HI(~VAY CORPORATION,
has released the land described in a one page'exhibit attached hereto from the
lien and effect of said mortgage and directs the Clerk of the Circuit Court to
note the same upon the margin o£ the record of said mortgage. The said mortgage
with respect to the balance of Section 7, Township 34 South, Range 4Q East, shall
remain as written.
