RESOLUTION NO. 72-118
WHEREAS~ ~he descriptian of Parcel No. 3 set forth in
Resolution No. 72-106 adopted by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County on September 26, 1972 contains a
typographical error which should be corrected;
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County -
CommisSioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting
assembled this 17th day of October, 1972 that the legal
description of Parcel No. 3 set forth.in Resolution No. 72-106
is hereby corrected to read as follows:
- From the NE corner of Government Lot 2 in
Section 11, Township 37 South, Range 41 East
run South 00°OS' West 604.44 feet to Point of
Beginning, thence North 89°35` West 993.91 feet;
thence ~outh 88°23' West 469.80 feet tc~ waters
of Indian River, thence meander shore South ~
02~57'03" West 308.85 feet, thence North 88~
29'15" East 834.93 feet, thence South 89°40'15"
East 642.60 feet to the East line of Government
Lot 2: thence run South 89°35~ East 133.61 feet to ~
the West right of way of State Road AlA, thence
North 23~26`30" West 323.80 feet, thence North
89°35~ West 2.63 Eeet to the Point of Beginning,
LESS AND EXCEPT that part lying Westerly of and
within 200 feet of the West right of way of State
Road AlA.
