advances on account of said original note together with such additional advances :n a sum in excess of

amounts that shall be secured hereby when advanced to protect the security or in accordance with coven-

mental agreement dated, executed and delivered concurrently herewith and reference is hereby made to
said note and supplemental agreement for the full terms and conditions thereof, and the same are hereby
incorporated herein as fully as if written out verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book1~8 pages >>~2'> >$of the public records of _St. Luci e_Co.__~ Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shal) include the feminine and
neuter. All rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, successo~s and assigns of the Mortgagor end Mortgagee.
