ORDER OF DISTRIBUTION
The petition of JOHId W. RODDENBERY for this Order of Distribu-
tion and for final discharge as Administrator of the estate of BONNIE
H. RODDENBERY, deceased, came on this day to be heard, and it appear-
ing that the heirs of the said BONNIE H. RODDENBERY are sui juris and
they have waived the filing of Annual Accountings, a Final Accounting,
and the advertisement of notice thereof, by an instrument in writing
which has been heretofore filed herein, and the said JOHIJ W. RODDENBERY,
,
as such Administrato~r, aforesaid, has performed all other acts neces-
sary and proper in the administration of the said estate, and he is
entitled to discharge upon making distribution and filing satisfactory
evidence thereof; and it further appearing that the said JOHI~I W.
RODDENBERY now has~on hand the tollawing assets, for distribution:
