Florida.
Come the undersigned heirs and survivors of TOBE HAYS, deceased,
and sign this waiver and disclaimer disclaiming in favor of BESSIE HAYS, the
~dow of TOBE HtiYS, deceased, such rights or possible rights as may be vested
in any of the undersigned heirs and survivors of the said TOBE HAYS, deceased,
for that:
l l. That the natural children and issue of TOBE HAYS, deceased,
i ere LOUISE BARRINGTON, RALPH s. HAYS and DONALD ~tAYS, and that the said IAUISE
BARRINGTON died on biarch 13, 1970, survived by three issues, DONNA BARRINGTON
~ YON, DIANA BARRINGTON WEST, and WALTER BARRINGTON III, all above the age
f tWenty-one years.
' 2. That the said TOBE HAYS, during his lifetime claimed homestead

gainst property included in the above described property and for Which reason

~ he undersigned hereby ~oin together consenting to a transfer of ar~y rights Which
~ ay have vested in them and disclaiming in favor of the widow, BESSIE HAYS, her
~ uccessors and assigns, any and all right, title and interest in and to the

i bove described property by the undersigned parties by reason of their being the
! eirs and successors of the said TOBE HAYS, deceased.
