5. Upon the initial installation of its facilities by the
Company, the Grantee shall furnish to the Company at Grantee's cost
and expense public liability and property damage insurance, with
the Company as a named insured, in the amount, form and substance
as required by the Company.
6. The Grantee agrees to relocate their access road if it
interferes with the Company's facilities.
7. This Agreement shall not be assigned wholly or in part
to any other parties without formal approval by the Company.
8. If the terms of this Agreement are violated, the Company
may cancel this license by giving 60 days notice to the Grantee. t
