sale being well~attended and the bidding spirited and the~assets
of the estate having be~n sold free and clear of all liens and
said assets consisting of the following:
1. A parcel of Real Property located in St. Lucie County,
Florida, and % _

~ 2. A Certificete of Convenience and Necessity issued by the

~ Public Service Co~ission for the State of Florida, and

6 THE COURT having received a bid for the Real Estate in the

~ amount of $1,500.00 and a bid for the Certificate in the amount
~ of 3 500.00 and havin re ected the two (2) seid bids, the two

.(2) essets were then bulked together at which time a high bid of
$8,000.00 was.made by HINTZ TRUCRING CU., INC., it is thereupon
ORDERED and DECREED ~
~ 1. That the bid of HINTZ TRUCKING CO., INC. in the aanount
~ of $8,000.00 is hereby confirmed.

~ 2. That the trustee shall cooperate in the transfer of the

Certificate of Convenience end Necessity an in the event that the
