BEFOR~ ME, the undersigned Notary Public, personally appeared
MARGARET M. BISH4P, who upo~} her oath says:
1. That she is the wife of WALTER R. BISHOP, also known as
WAi,~TER R. BISHOP, JR. and W. R. BIS~iOP, against whom unpaid Federal
Taxes were assessed as evidenced by instruments recorded in Offi-
cial Records Book 178 at page 2339, Official Records Book 179 at
page 986, and Official Records Book 179 at page 2509, public re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida; said assessments having been
made against said WALTER R. BISHOP in his capacity as Contractor
and General Contractor.
2. That your Affiant was never associate3 with said WALTER
R. BISHOP, as a partner, or otherwise, in his contractinq and
qeneral contracting business and your Affiant held no interest
whatsoever in the business or business firms against which the
aforesaid Federal Tax Liens were assessed.
