Leqal description attached to warranty deed from
HENDRY INVESTMENTS, INC., a Florida corporation,
to ARTHUR G. QUINN, JR., as Trustee, dated October 9, 1972
All that part of the following described property, designated
as Parcels I and II, lying West of the Florida East Coast Rail-
road right of way:
PARCEL I: .
• Beginning at a point 1137.06 feet North of the Southwest corner
of Government Lot 3, in Section 9, Township 37 South, Ranqe 41
East; thence run East parallel to the South line of said Sections
9 and 10, in said Township 37 South, Range 41 East, 2622 feet,
more or less, to the water's edge of the Indian River; thence
Southeasterly along Indian River to a point 1046.83 feet North of
the South line of said Section 9 and 10; thence West parallel
to the South line of said Sections9 and 10, 2700 feet, more or
less, to the West line of Government Lot 3 in Section 9; thence
North along the West line of said Lot 3, 90.23 feet to the point
of beginning; AND
PARCEL II:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 9, Township 37 South, ;
Range 41 East, run South 89°20' Sast for a distance of 809.25 feet
to a point; thence run North 30°26' West for a distance of 557.66
feet to a point; thence run North 40°52' West for a distance of
882.4 feet to a concrete monument for a point of beginning; thence
run West, North 89°15' West for a distance of 2356.0 feet; thence
run Due North 8.03 feet; thence run East, South 89°15' East for
a distance of 2354.1 feet to a concrete monument; thence meander
Southeasterly ten front feet along the West line of Old Dixie Hiqh-
way, to a point of beginning, all being in Section 9, Township 37
South, Range 41 Enst.
As to Parcel No. II only, excepting therefrom that portion thereof
conveyed to Florida East Coast Railway Co., more particularly
described in warranty deed recorded in Deed Book FF, page 342, '
