certain murtgage note an3 mortgage agreement, which was recorded in Official
P,:.~cord Book 201 , Page 284 of the Public Records of St. Lucie j
County, Florida, being described as follows,
Lot 13, Block 538, PORT ST. I~DCIE, SECTION THIRTEEN, accorclinq
to the plat thereof as recorded in PZat Book 13, page 4 and 4A
thru 4M of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
tvHEREAS, parties hereto desire to modify, amend and change some of the
ternns and provisions of said rlortgage in order that it may set forth the
true, complete and intended agreement between the parties:
Nal, THEREFORE, in cansideration of thQ mutual covenants herein contained
the parties do hereby agree as follows;
The first monthly payment is shown to be due on or bePore the f irst day
oi August, 1972 and the final monthly payment is shown to be due
on or before the f irst day oi J~ly, I99? , t~tortgagors and l~ortgagee
are desirous of amending the first payment due date to Nov~nber l, 1972
, and amending the final paycrtent due date to October 1, 1997 at ~
c~~nich time the entire outstanding renaininq principai balance shall be paid
in full.
