RELHtiSE AND SATISFACTION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS ; ~r ~ 2o PH
WHEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a Florida
corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "rtortgagor", by Inden- ~
ture bearing date of April 24, 1972, and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court in O.R. Book 201, Page 1959, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, F?orida, granted and conveyed to
Citizens Bank of Palm Beach County, West Palm Beach, Florida, here- {
inafter referred to as "Mortgagee", and its assigns, the premises i
therein particularly described, to secure the gayment of the sum ;
of.Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) Dollars, together with in-
terest as specified therein;
AND WHEREAS, the said Mortgagor has requested the said Mort- ~
gagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being a part
of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said !
Mortgage;

NO[d, THEREFORE, the said Mortgagee, in consideratfon of the ~
sum of TEV ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable considera-
tions to it in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknow- ~

ledged, does re~ise, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and_operation of said mortgage unto the said ttortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the premises con-
veyed by said Mortgage, more particularly described as follows:

same appears by and upon a plat of the same of record in ~
the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie
County, Florida, in Plat Book 16, Page 24, to which said
place specific reference is herebv made for a more complete ~
description of the premises. ~

TO HAVE AND TO NOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated ~
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage, and every
part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein
contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining _ ,
mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of ?
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof. ~
