West 193.93 feet to a point which marks the center-
line of a private road known as Isola Bella Drive;
thence run North 87~-13'-54" West, 167.78 feet along
said centerline to an angle point in said Isola Bella
Drive; thence run North 52°-59'-54" West 553.8 feet to
a point which is the central radius point of a cul de
sac having a radius of SO feet"
Sa~d easement being granted to the owners and legal entities
owning land in the afore said described property in perpetuity.
