KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That AINSWORTH RANE, JANET
RANE PERKINS and FANNIE RANE RANDOLPH, the owners and holders of a
certain mortgage given by CENTRAL BANK AND TRUST OOMPANY OF MIAMI, ;
FLORIDA (not personally but as Trustee, under a Trust Agreement
dated October 29, 1965, known as Trust No. 65 LT-27-49~) to
AINSWORTH RANE, JANET RANE PERKINS and FANNIE RANE RANDOLPH, bearing `
