within tlie immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, inaintenance,

- 2. If the undersigned shall fail or refuse to accomplish the required repairs or mainienance,
- etc., within the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORA'fION, iis successors or assiqr~s,
- actina by ~d ihrough its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises for the purpose ot doin ;
- ihe necessary work. Provided, however, that such work shall be lirrzited to lawn and yard maintenance
~ to prevent an overgrown or unkempt ap~~ce, and to painting and minor repairs to 1he exterior of
~ 4:~ building or buildings, situated on the premises in order to prevent an unsightly or unsafe conditicn.
