(6} The MO4TGAGOR herein will be at the request of the MORTGAGEE herein acknowledge, in writing, ~ the existence of this mortgage and the amount still due thereon on a estoppel form provided for this pur- ; ~ pose by the MORTGAGEE . ~ c~ Failure on the part of the MORTGAGOR to mmply with, perform, or abide by any of the agreements, ~ stipulations, conditions and covenants as set forth above in sections 3, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, empowers the MORT- f ~ GAGEE herein, at his option, to declare the entire balance due hereunder, to be due and payable at once ~ ~ without notice. Failure of the MORTGAGEE herein to exercise this option at any time shall not constitute a waiver of the right to exercise this option at some later time. (8) The MORTGAGOR furiher agree that this mortgage constitutes the entire cont~act between the par- ~ tias hereto, that they have read the provisions of this mortgage and the note it secures and that they are aware ~ ~ of their right to have their own attorney examine said mortgage together with the said note it secures and ~ advise them as to it.
