ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT, made this 3rd day of October A.D. 1972
between Franklin A. Harris and Valerie V. Harris,
his wife, p~rties of the first part and-Hollie
E. Tucker and Jessie F. Tucker, his wife, parties of the second part,
109 Roslyn Avenue, Fort Pierce, FLorida.
WITNESSETH that if the said parties of the second part shall first make

the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their
part to be made and performed, the ~aid parties of the first part,
hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to the said parties of

the second part, their heirs, executors, adminstrators or assigns, in
fee simple, clear of all encumbrances whatever by a good and sufficient ;
deed to the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 6 of Block 4, of the re-plat of Sunset Park Subdivision
as per plat thereof on record in plat book 11, page 28, of ;
the public records of St. Lucie County, FLorida.
and said parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to pay
to the parties of the first part, their heirs and assigns at their office
in Fort Pierce, the sum of $17,500.00 in the following manner, to-wit:
(1) $~,~J00.00 on the signing of this instrument, receipt of which is .

~ (2) $144.00 per month interest and principal payment starting on the

~ lst day of November A.D. 1972 and on the lst day of each and every
subsequent month thereafter until the original installment balance

of $16,500.00 is paid in full. The aforesaid interest to be cal-
culated on the unpaid balance due at the rate of 8.25% per annum.
Each installment shall be first applied in payment of the interest
and then on the unpaid balance of the principal sum. A late penalty
of 5~ will be added and collected with any amounts due and payable

month, this penalty shall apply to any past due ad valorem taxes,

special government assessments and fire insurance which has been
paid by the parties of the first part to protect their interest. ±
