TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Before me, the undersigned authority duly authorized to
take oaths and acknowledgments, personally appeared JENNY L. MAXWELL,
who after being-first duly cautioned and sworn says:
1. That she is the one and the same JENNY L. MAXWELL who
was divorced from JOE MAXWELL on July 23, 1959.
2. That Affiant and JOE MAXWELL were remarried to each
other on September 8, 1959 in Vero Beach, Indian River County,
FZorida.
3. That on the 29th day of December, 1966, Affiant and
JOE MAXWELL executed an Assignment of Contract, recorded in O. R. ~

Book ~63 at Qage 438, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and that on said date were married to each other.
4. Further Affiant saith not.
