lZ. That, in order more fully to protect the security of this mort-
gage, the mortgagor, together with, and in addition ta, the monthly payments
~:nder the terms of the note secured hereby, on the first day of each month
until the said note is iully paid, and in addition to the provisions hereinbefore
inade , will pay to the mortgagee the following sums:
~a) A sutzi eq~ial to the premiums that will next become due and pay-
able on policies ui fire and other hazard insurance covering the mortgaged
property. pliis taxes and assc:ssments next due on the mortgaged property (all
is estin~ated by the mortgagee) less all sums already paid therefor divided ~y

due and payable, constitute an e~~ent of default under this mortgage. i

ments and insurance premiums, as the case may be, when the same shall #
