H'HEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a Florida
corporatiott, hereinafter referred to as the "Mortgagor", by Inden-
ture bearing date of April 24, 1972, and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of tt~e Circuit Court in O.It. Book 201, Page 1959, Public
Records of St. Lucie Coun[y, Florida, granted and conveyed to
Citizens Bank of Palm Beach County, [+'est Palm Beach, Florida, here-
inafter referred to as "`tortgagee", and its assigns, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum
of Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) Dollars, together with in-
~ terest as specified therein;
AND I~HEREAS, the said Mortgago'r has requested the said Mort- ,
gagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being a part.
of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operatio~ of said
Mortgage; ~
NOtr', THEREFQRE, the said Mortgagee, in consideration of the
sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLL~RS and other good and valuable considera-
tions to it in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknow- ~
ledged, does rer.?ise, quit clain, exonerate and discharge from the ~
lien and operation of said mortRage unto the said Mortgagor, its ~
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the premises con-
veyed by said ~iortgage, r~ore particularly described as follows:

same appears by and upon a plat of the same of record in
the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie •

place specific reference is hereby made for a more conplete
description of the premises.
TO HA~~E A':D TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated
{ and discharged of and from the lien of said Piortgage, and every
` part thereof; provided alc,~ays, nevertheless, that nothing herein
contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect
~ lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid rtortgage on the remaining
