Floziua, and the acts of the Officers and Directors of WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA

ana er.tering into said Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bound by all of said pro-
vi~ions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions are reasonabie,
fair a:,d equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien unon the land and real property
.i~~cribed above, as security for his obligations, as described in said Declaration of
Cond~:ninium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that said
Daclaration of Condominium, its exhibits and-the Sales Contract executed by the Grantor
and t:e Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
