~ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF HARRIS 4
THAT I, AGNES J. BURKET of Harris County,
~ Texas, have made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents, do make,

p constitute and appoint BARBARA G. PETERSON of Harris County,

~ Texas, my true, sufficient and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place and
stead, to enter into and upon, take possession of, manage and supervise all land,
hereditaments and real estate, including all minerals and oil royalties, owned and
held by me or in which I may have an interest, which are situated in the County of -
and Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
Harris, Texas;~to contract, sell and convey the same or any part thereof, to any per-
son or grantee whomsoever, and for any sums of money or other consideration as to
her may deem most to my advantage; to receive the consideration for which said land
or lands may be sold, and for the same to execute in my name, proper receipts and
acquittances; and to make and execute to the purchasers thereof, such deed or deeds
or assurances of title to said lands with such covenants, and warranties as to my said
attorney may seem proper; also, to execute for me and in my stead, all legal instru-
ments necessary, and when called upon so to do, to execute assignments and transfers
~ of any lien or liens, releases, and leases, or assignments of same, for such terms or
periods of time, for such prices or rentals and with such provisions and conditions
as she may deem proper and advisable; and to make and consummate loan or loans

~ upon the security of lands or other property owned by me in Harris County, and to
~ make, sign, execute, acknowledge and deliver to and for the benefit of the lender of

such money, a mortgage with or without power of sale, or deeds of trust covering
or encumbering such property, and to execute promissory notes therefor and in my
name; and to demand possession of any lands owned by me or in which I inay have
~ an interest, all.as to my said attorney may seem well and proper; to collect any
~ rents becoming due and receipt therefor; to collect any and all sums of money on

~ accounts or notes, now or hereafter owned or held by me, and to execute proper
~ ~
~ releases and acquittances therefor; to endorse all checks made payable to me; to

~ execute notes payable to me, and to renew any notes payable to me, by signing
~
~ my name, in my place and stead, to such renewals or extensions of any notes
~
~ payable by me; to sign checks on any bank accounts now existing in my name;
