belonging to me, including stocks and bonds, and to make all necessary transfers,
assignments or conveyances of any personal property that I may own; giving and
granting unto my said attorney full power and authority to do and perform all and
every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about
my property, both real and personal that I now or hereafter may own or have any
title or interest in, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if
personally presenL, intending hereby to vest in her full and universal power of
attorney, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawful~y
do or cause to be done in the premises by virtue hereof.
It is especially agreed that this instrument is intended as a full, complete
and general powerof attorney and any specific powers mentioned are not being
construed as limiting the authority and powers herein granted to my said artorney
but are intended to amplify, extend and enlarge such authority, and I agree and
represent to those dealing with my said attorney that t.his power of attorney may
be voluntarily revoked only by a revocation duly executed by me and filed for
record in the office of the County Clerk of Harris County, Texas. and St. Lucie County,
Florida. ~
