Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared SIjELDON A. MACK,
who being first duly sworn deposes and says:
1. That he and Louisa G. Mack, were the grantees in that certain
deed given by General Development Corporation, dated September
1, 1956, filed for record September 11, 1956, in Deed Book 218,
page 278 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
conveying the following described propa~ty, Co-wit:
Lots 35, 36, and 37, Block 3, Indian River Estates, Unit Five
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10,
page 58 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That on the date of the execution and delivery of the said deed
above set forth, your affiant and said Louisa G. Mack were husband
and wife, that they were married prior to September 1, 1956, and
that said marriage continued without interruption until October 30,
. 1962, the date of her death.
