The South 937.33 feet of the North 2858.86 feet of Sectirn 34, Township
36 South, Range 41 East, and that part of Secticn 35, Township 36
S~uth, Range 41 East, lying between the easterly extensions of the
north and south boundaries of the foregoing tract, being a tract of
land extendi.ng from the Atlantic Ocean to the Indian River and having
a measurement of 1,000 feet along each side of State Road A-1-A and
1,OG0 feet, more or less, along the Atlantic Ocean, LESS the strip of
land 100 feet wide conveyed by the Grantor to the State of Florida,
for the use and benefit of the State Road Department of Florida, by
Deed dated March 12, 1962, and recorded in the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in Official Records Book 74 at page 405, for the
right-of-way of State Road A-1-A; TOGETHER with the littoral and riparian
rights appurtenant thereto.
SUBJECT TO that certain easement for mosquita and sandfly abatement
w ork given to the St. Lucie County Mosquito Control District. Said
easement is cancellable at any time.
The Mortgagee, its successors or assigns, will make, execute and deliver
partial releases of this mortga~e to the Mortgagor, its successors or

PARCEL A: That part of subject property lying East of Highway A-1-A
shall be released in minimum strips of 200 feet in width (as measured
