7. That in the event that at the beginning ot or at any time pending any suit upon this mortgage, or to
foreclose it, or to retorm it, and/or to enforce payment ot any claims hereunder, said ~Lortgagee shall apply
to the court having jurisdiction thereof for the appuintment of a Reccrver, such court shall forthwith appoint
a Receiver o[ said mortgaged property all and s?ngular. including all and singular the rents, income, profits,
issues and revenues trom whatever aource deri~•ed, ea~-h and e~•ery of which, it being expressly understood, ls
hereby mortgaged as if specifically set forth and descrited in the Rrunting and habendum clausea hereof, and
such Receiver shall have all the broad and effecti~•e functi~ns an~1 ~~u~rers in any~~•?se entrusted by a court
to a Receiver, and such appointment shall be made by auch cuurt as an adinitted equity and a matter ot a~
aolute right to said Mortgagee, and wtthout reterence to the adequacy or inadequacy of the value of the prop-
erty mortgaged or to the solvency or insolvency of said AiortRagor and ~or of the defendanta, and that auch
renta, profiW. income, issues and re~•enues shall be aF~plied by such Receiver according to the lien and/or equlty
af aaid Moitgagee and the practice of such court.
