PERSONALLY APPEARED before me, the undersigned authority,
ALICE M. BURNEY, a widov~~, who, having been duly s~vorn, on oath
deposes and says:
1, That she is or~e~and the same ALICE M. BURNEY, a widow,
who was the grantee in a certain Warranty Deed dated the 29th day of
April, 1~69, wherein LAND AUDIT, INC. , a Florida corporation, deeded
the following described proRerty, to wit:
Lots 16 and 17, Block B, HARMONY HEIGH'TS,
as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 24 in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
to ALICE M. BURNEY and ZACKERY M~ CRUMPLER, a single man,
which Deed was recorded under Clerk's File No: 177806 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, on the 2nd day of May, 1969.
2. That she knows of her own knowledge that ZACKERY M.
CRUMPLER, the grantee in said deed, is one and the same person as

~ the ZACKERY MACKAY CRUMPLER who became deceased on January 28,

~ 1971, as is shown by a certified Death Certificate of the State of Florida,
~ a copy of said Death Certificate being attached to this Affidavit and made
a part thereof, and that she knows of her own knowledge that at the time
said above mentioned deed was given that the said ZACKERY M. CRUMPLER
was a single man and that he remained single and was a single man at the
time of his death, as set forth above,
