WARRANTY DEED
THIS WAR~2P.NTY DEED made and executed the day of
October, 1972, by VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC.
formerly HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT INDIAN RIVER, INC. a corporation
existing under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter called
the Grantor, to HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC., a cor-
poration existing under the laws of the State of Florida, with
its permanent postoffice address at 3445 Peachtree Road, N.E.,
Atlanta, Georgia, hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee"
include all the parties to this instrument and the
heirs, legal representatives and assigns or individuals,
and the successors and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH; That the Grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto
the Grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, viz:
From the Southwest corner of Section 12, Township
37 South, Range 41 East, run North 89°55'14" East
along the South Section line of said Section 12,
774.41 feet to a point, said point lying on the
centerline of the 100 foot right of way for State
Road AlA; thence run lvorth 23°49'31" West along
the centerline of said 100 foot right of way
2,921.33 feet to a point; thence run South 66°10'29" ~
West 290.01 feet to a point; thence run North 87°33'17"
West 393.12 feet to a point; thence run South 89°57'13"
West 277.97 feet to the point of beginning; thence run
! North 00°02'43" West 20.0 feet; thence run North

226.57 feet to the point of curvature of a simple
curve having a radius of 112.5 feet; thence run

89°57'13" East 335.88 feet to the point of beginning.
IT IS THE INTENTION OF THE GRANTOR TO CONVEY ONLY
THAT PORTION OF THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY, IF
ANY, IN WHICH IT WAS VESTED WITH TITLE.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND, the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that it
is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good
right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that
it hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend
the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and
that said land is free of all encumbrances. ~
