LALLY and FRANK H. FEE, III, as tenants in common, whose postoffice
address is P, O. Box 1000, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter
called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conv2ys~and confirms unto the grantee, all of
that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
PARCEL ONE:
The West 230 feet of Outlot 22, the South 528 feet of Lot 55-1/2,
and all of Lot 59-1/2, as per Sheen's Map of j~Thite Cify; recorded
in Plat Book I, page 23 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
PARCEL TATO:
All of Block 71-1/2, together with any land between said Block and
the mainstream of the North Fork of the St. Lucie River, and all of
Block 71, including the vacate~ alley through the center of Block
71, as per plat of ~~lhite City, recorded in Plat Book 1, page 201
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; LESS AND EXCEPT
any portion•of the parcel as described in O.R. Book 55, page 272:
From the intersection of the west line of Magnolia Avenue
and the south line of Charlotta Street, White City-as in
Plat Book 1, page 21, St. Lucie County, Florida, public
records, run North on said west line of Magnolia Avenue
10 feet for point of beginning; from said point of beginning
run Southwesterly 150 feet to a point on the South right of
way line of Charlotta Street; thence run West along said
south right of way line 30 feet to a point; thence run
North 200 feet to a point; thence run Northeasterly 180
feet to a point 200 feet North of the point of beginning;
