Waiver of Restrictions 24p824 '
Comes now Pearl Construction Co., Inc., the
owner of the following described property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Lots 1 thru 5, Block 4, SILVER LAKE
PARR SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 10, at page 4, of
the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
and in consideration of $1.00 and OVC the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged does hereby waive and
release for itself and its successors and assigns any
right it might have to complain or to enforce the 10
foot set back restriction established by a deed from
Frank J. Wagner, et ux, to Almac Corporation dated
Aiarch 2, 1954 and recorded in Deed Book 189 at page 467
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida unto
. Gary John Steele and Nancy Eleanor Steele, his wife as
to the portion of the property purchased by them and
described as follows, to-wit:
The East 36 feet of Lot 2, and the west 48 feet,
! of Lot 3, Block 4, SILVER LAKE PARR SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10, at
page 4, of the pubic records of St. Lucie County,
