Together with a!I buildings, improvement;, fixtures or appurtenances new or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in s:ngle units cr cen-
tr311y controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigera~ion, vent;?~at;on o:
other services, and any other thing now or h~reafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including screens, window shadEs, storm doors and windo~vs, f~oor
coverings, screen deors, awnings, stoves and water hs~ters (ali of which are intended to be and are hereby '
declared to be a psrt of said real estafe whether physi:ally attached thereto or not); and also together v~ith
all easements ar.d th~ rents, issues and profits of saicl ~+remises which are hereby pledged, assigned, trans-
farred and set over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafter to become due as prov~ded in the
S~palemental Agreemert secured hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of all mort-
gagees, lienholders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan hereby secured.
