TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said propery, with said buildings, improvemenis, fixtures, appu~ten-
ances, apparatus and equipment, and with all the rights and privileges thereunto belonging unto said mort-

Statutes, in Official Record Book 38, pages~ ~ ~ 8 of the public records of S t. Luc i e_Coun ty, Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall intlude the feminirie and
neuter. All rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
