Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
~ on or placed therein, i~cluding all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
tr~lly controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventil~at~on or
other se~vices, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors

to leasees is customary or appropriate, including screens, window shad~s, storm doors and windows, fioor
coverings,-screen doors, awnings, stoves and water heaters (atl of which are intended to be and are hereby
