1. That she, together With her husband, COLIN SHANKS, were
the owners of the following described property, to Wit:

as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 14, pages 5 and
SA thru 5I, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. That she and the said COLIN SHANKS were married prior to
May 22, 1969 and said marriage continued without inter-
ruption until the date of his death
