Coulty, Florida, being described as follows:
Lot 9, Block 2, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION ~NTY-FIVE, according
to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Hook 13, paqes 32 and
?2A thru 32I of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida

terns and provisions of said A~ortgage in order t:tat it ~.ay set forth the
true, conplete and intended agreement bztween the parties:
NdW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained
the parties do herzby agree as follo~vs:
The first r.tonthly paynent is srown to be due on or before the first day
at July, 1972 and the final monthly payment is shown to be due
on or before the f irst day of June, 1997 , rlortgagors and N!ortgagee
are desirous of ar.~en3ing tne fir~t paynent due date to September 1, 1972
and amending the final payme:~t due date to Auqust 1, 1997 a~
~•~hich time the entire outstandinq renaining principal balance shall be paid
in full.
Except as hereby expressly r.iodified, all the terr.is, covenants, conditions
~ an~ p~ov~s~ens of the note and mortgage dated January 2, 1972 , shall
~ renain in full force and ef `ect.
