certain r:ortgage note and mortgage agreement, which was recor~ed in Official
~cord B~ok 200 , page 2781 0~ the Public Itecords of St. Lucie
County, Florida, being described as follows:
Lot 35, Block 162, PORT ST~ I,tICIg SECTION FOUR, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Hook 12, pages 14A thru 14G of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
t9HEREAS, parties hereto desire to r.~odify, amend and change some of the
tern5 anrl provisions of said Aiortgage in order that it may set forth the
~rue, com~lete and intended agreen:ent between the parties:
rCf.4, THE~FOR~, in consideration o~ the mutual covenants herein contained
the parties da hereby agree as fQllows:
The first r.eonthly payment is sho~+rn to be due on or before tne first day
of September, 1972 and the final monthly pay~:en~ is shown to be due

on or before the first day oi August, 1997 , rtortgagors and r;ortgagee
are desirous of amending the first pay:aent due date to December 1, 19~2
, and amending the final paynent due date to November 1, 1997 at
canich time the entire outstanding remaining principal balance shall be paid
in full.

and provisions of the note an3 mortgage dated March 6, 1972 , shell

This agreement sha~l be binding upon and enure ~o the benefit of the
