BEFORE ME, the undersigned authori~y, duly authorized
in the State aforesaid and in the County ;foresaid to take aknow-
ledgments, personally appeared ME~1DY M. BRYAN, who first being
duly sworn, deposes and says:
Tha t Affiant is the widow of CICERO FRANK BRYAN, also
known as C.F. BRYEIN:
That Affiant is also known as MEADY P. BRYAN:
That ~ffiant and the deceased C.F. BRYAN were continuously
married from prior to the acquisition of the title~ereinafter
described, up_to the time of the death of deceased on or about
May 17, 1965;
That the property jointly held by Affiant and sai~ deceased
C.F. BRYr~N, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, is as
follows:
PARCEL 1: Lot 66 of Sheen's Map of WHITE CITY in
Section 4, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 23, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point 688 feet South of
the NW corner of the SW~ of the SW~ of Section 4,
Township 36 South, Range 40 East, run thence South
~ 388 feet; thence East to St.,Lucie River, thence
~ Northerly along channel of said river to a point
~ directly East of the place of beginning. Said land
lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida.
