run East along the North line of said Lot 6, 105 feet to a point;
thence turn and run Southerly to the point of beginning.

in the Estate of CICERO FRANK BRYAN and signed said Petition as
MEADY P. BRYAN.
3. That I am both MEADY M. BRYAN and MEADY P. BRYAN,
and presently own the above and f~regoing real property.
