ODESSA PICKENS WITCHER, who, being first duly sworn and cautioned
did depose and say as follows:
l, That your A~fiant is the owner in fee sinple ot the
following described property, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit:

vacated alley ad~acent on East, of FRAMBACH
SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof~ as
recorded in Plat Book at PaRe 36, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That your Affiant was formerly known as Odessa Pickens,
and was married to Eddie Witcher, who died on May 23, 1972, in
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida. Copy of death certificate
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
