NE 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 8, all lying in Town-
ship 34 S, Range 39 E, together with all citrus trees and the citrus
crop now on the trees.
Subject to rights-of-way for roads, Fort Pierce Farms Drainage Dis-
trict easements, Florida Power & Light easements and Houston, Texas `
Gas & Oil Corporation easements.
Together w'ith Grantor's rights in that certain Agreement recorded in
O. R. Book 170 at page 2918, pertaining to irrigation and drainage.
Provided, however, that the Grantor may remove water pumped into the
canal or canals adjacent to Grantors other citrus groves and that the
Grantee shall be obligated for~a period of 20 yrs. from the date here-
of to remove water from Canal C-25 and place the same in the adjacent
canal (s) as needed for irrigation purposes, but the Grantor shall re-
imburse the Grantee pro-rata for all direct out-of-pocket expenses in-
curred in lifting said water from Canal C-25 to said canal (s).
