canal or canals adjacent to Grantors other citrus groves and that the
Grantee shall be obligated for a period of 20 years from the date here
of to remove water from Canal C-25 and place the same in the adjacent
canal .(s) as nceded for irrigation purposes, but the Granto~ shall re-
irnburse the Grantee pro-rata for ail direct out-of-pocket expenses in-
curred in lifting said water from Car~al C-25 to said canal (s).
