BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
~ J.W. HAMILTON and INEZ HAMILZ~ON, his wife, who, first being duly
sworn upon their oath, depose and say: ~
1. ~'hat t-he y are the owners of the following described
property:

2. Tha~ the above described property is free and clear
of all liens, ta~ces, encumbrances and E'laims of every kind, nature
and description, whatsoever, except for mortgages which will be
paid simultaneously wi.th the sale of the above described property
to LAKE HAMILTON CITRUS, INC.
3. That there have been no improvements, alterations or
repairs to the above described property for which the costs thereof
remain unpaid.
4. That there are no mechanics', materialmen's, or
laborer's liens against the above described property.
5. That affiants know of no violations or county ordin-
ances pertaining to the use of the above described property.
~ 6. That this affidavit is maae for the purpose of in-
ducing LAKE HAMILTON CITRUS, INC. to purchase the said property
from affiants.
7. Affiants agr.ee that in the event the current real
estate and pe rsonal property taxes vary in amount from the figures
used in making the prorations in closing the transfer and conve y-
ing of the above describea property to said purchaser, then a new
proration and a correct and proper adjus~ment will be made upon
demand.
~ 10. Affiants know of their own knowledge that the above
! described prope rty is not possessed or occupied by any persons or
; enti~ies othe r than the affiants and that there are no pending or
~ known cla~ms of interest in said property adverse to the interest
of the affiants other than rights-of-ways, easements and drainage
easements of record.
