WITNESSETH: That the said part~? of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar (al •00) and
other valuable considerations paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
grant, bargain and sell to the said pa~ty of ~he second part, its successors, and assigns, a right-of-way in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:

WEATHER PARK, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6, page 16 of
the public records of St . Lucie County, Florida, LESS the South 5 feet
thereof, that lies East of the followi.ng described line, to-wit:
Begin at the Northeast corner of Block 1 of aforementioned subdivision;
thence run in a Southwesterly direction to a point on the South line of
Lot 15, Block 1 and 9 feet west of the Southeast corner thereof; thence
run in a Southeasterly direction to the Southeast corner of Block 1 of
said subdivision and the end of the specifically described line .
