Before me the under•signed authority personally appeared this
date, ROBERT G. KIME, who after being by me first duiy sworn did
say as follows: I am a duly licensed attorney at law practicing my
profession in Palm Beach County, Florida. That I represent Elisa-
beth K. Ford and Dorothy B. Sundy who are the co-owners of the above
described property with each owning an undivided one-half interest each
therein. That Elisabeth K, Ford is one a~ d the same person as Elisa-
beth NicKeown who took title- to the above described property by Warranty
Deed dated August 15, 1956 and recorded in Deed Book 218, Page 128 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. That Elisabeth K. Ford
is also one and the same person as Elisabeth K. McKeown who conveyed
an undivided one-half interest in the above described property to Ben F.

' Sundy by Warranty Deed dated September. 4, 1956 and recorded in Deed

E3ook 218, Page 130 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, F lorida.
That Elisabeth K. Ford married one W. Roland Ford on or about Auq. 24
1964 and he later died on ~r about i'1OV. 25, 1965
That Elisabeth K. Ford never remarried and she did remain and is now a
single person. That I3en F. Sundy did die in Palm Beach County, Florida
on December 26, 1964. That said Dorothy I3. Sundy is the surviving
