of Floi•ida, which has been assigned all the rights and reservations
of LAKEwOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKE~YOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION,
and LAKE Ir'DRIO CORPOftATION, said Assignment being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the ofYice of the Clerk of
the Gircuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, said Affidavit being
recorded in Of~icial Record Book, 11~$ page 563 , Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY 01V'N~RS ASSOCIATIO~, I\C.,
hereby release, satisfy and forQVer discharge the said Affidavit
now on record against the following property, since said arrearage ~
has now been paid:
